Yes, worcay is completely free for travelers! There are no registration fees or hidden costs. You can create a profile, browse job offers, and apply for matches at no charge.
Our concept is based on trust, so the only thing we ask from worcays is reliability—once you apply for a job and get accepted, we count on you to follow through and start as agreed.
To use worcay, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid work permit within the EU. You should also have a good command of either German or English.
Yes! Each traveler must have their own worcay profile. You and your friend can both apply for the same job and discuss the details with the employer. In most cases, friends can be accommodated together—if you have specific questions, feel free to contact us!

worcay offers a wide range of temp jobs, part-time jobs, and seasonal jobs in tourism-related industries. Typical positions include waitstaff, housekeeping, receptionist, kitchen assistant, and service staff—perfect for flexible travel while earning money!
Travel costs (arrival and departure) are usually not covered. However, some companies do reimburse travel expenses—details can be found in the job description. You are also responsible for any required travel documents such as visas or work permits.
