You decide the time frame, salary, working hours, weekly hours, minimum stay, benefits, etc., and provide accommodation and meal options, such as a shared kitchen or employee meals. No matter if you're a hotel, restaurent, a ski lift,  or any tourism-related business, the worcay model is flexible, success-based, and tailored to the staff needs of your business.

Costs

No admission fees, no listing fees. We pay when we have successfully placed worcays. Our fee depends on the (gross) wage paid and is 25%. The company decides how much it wants to pay our worcays - we only make recommendations to increase the matching probability.

Supporting fields

Currently, we primarily support companies from the tourism industry. Our partner hotels/restaurants/(premium-)campsites are supported in service, in housekeeping, at the bar, in childcare, in the sports and outdoor program or in general temporary jobs. Our partners from the leisure facilities sector find active support from us in very different areas (e.g. lift cashier in the ski area, trail maintenance in the bike park, bike guiding in the bike academy, ski instructor in the ski school, safety briefing in the climbing forest).

Support duration

The duration depends on your individual needs, and you decide it yourself. In most cases, the minimum duration is 4 weeks, but Worcays have also been requested for an extended weekend.

Applicant profiles

Most worcays are school graduates:inside (18 years +), students:inside or people who just want to get out and either have a new experience with us in a new place, in a new job or want to explore new places and companies in their job.
